The Marlin Malibu Shorty Junior 2.5 mm wetsuit is a children's warm water wetsuit with shortened sleeves and trousers. The versatile model is ideal for snorkelling, diving, swimming, wakeboarding, kite surfing, SUP surfing and other water activities. The wetsuit maintains your internal body temperature, provides protection against possible cuts and abrasions on rocks and reefs and protects you from jellyfish burns. When the suit is used on the surface, such as while surfing, it protects your skin from the adverse effects of ultraviolet rays.

The wetsuit is manufactured using eco-friendly, premium limestone neoprene and fabrics materials from the world's leading manufacturer, Sheico. The nylon coating on the outside and inside of the suit makes it easy to put on a dry body without being afraid of damaging the neoprene. Anatomic cut with 18 seams and seamless closure ensures maximum comfort for long time use. The zip is located on the back, and is equipped with a protective bar inside the wetsuit to reduce water penetration. The zip has a nylon tape on the runner and a Velcro fastener on the top of the zip to prevent accidental unzipping. Plastic zip from Japanese company YKK is corrosion-proof in seawater. Adjustable collar with velcro fastener and smooth skin coating provides a better seal around the neck.
